BestPOS marketing teams relied on time-intensive manual processes to create promotional images, which made it harder to produce content quickly across multiple campaign types. As the number of promotions increased, the workflow required more back-and-forth, more design cycles, and more time spent translating campaign intent into usable creative.

BestPOS needed an automated system that could generate promotional visuals dynamically based on user inputs while enforcing brand consistency through predefined templates. The system had to support common marketing scenarios like special offers and discounts, integrate with existing BestPOS marketing workflows, and maintain quality standards so generated assets were usable without extensive rework.

Solution

Avahi delivered a template-driven AI image generation system optimized for marketing workflows. The user experience begins with a chatbot interface powered by Amazon Bedrock that collects campaign inputs in natural language. A follow-up question system refines requirements, capturing details such as offer type, discount messaging, audience context, and visual preferences before generation, reducing ambiguity and improving output quality.

Once requirements are captured, the workflow selects a predefined template aligned to the marketing use case, including promotional campaigns, special offers, and custom materials. Templates are stored in an Amazon S3 repository and used to enforce brand consistency through layout constraints and controlled prompt patterns. The system then generates images using Bedrock image models and integrates with the BestPOS image generation API to execute the creation workflow end-to-end.

AWS Lambda orchestrates the generation pipeline, coordinating prompt construction, template selection, generation requests, and output packaging. The solution outputs PNG and JPG files along with metadata, enabling downstream marketing systems to catalog assets and track campaign context. Quality validation logic checks outputs against brand guideline requirements before delivering results. Finally, the system exposes RESTful API endpoints through Amazon API Gateway, enabling BestPOS to embed the capability into existing marketing workflows while using AWS IAM for access control and security.
